WELCOME TO
THE DOMESDAY BOOK OF DOGS

This admittedly amateurish blog might, hopefully, be seen as a first point of research, as links to many other books and sites have been provided on the following pages.  These pages lean heavily on three inspirational cynologists whose works are a veritable gold mine of information when it comes to the history of dogs; Col. David Hancock MBE of Charwynne Dog FeaturesClifford (Doggie) Hubbard and D. Brian Plummer.  I have truly stood on the shoulders of giants.
